The Operations Support role provides day-to-day operational support across multiple functions to ensure efficient processes and continuous improvement. The role includes managing ERP usage (Odoo), handling documentation, and supporting projects, while maintaining data integrity and cross-functional coverage during absences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or related field with relevant work experience.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience using ERP or business management systems (e.g., Odoo).
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across the business to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
• Assist with order processing, reporting, inventory, customer service, and other operational functions.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate where appropriate.
• Support operational projects and business initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
