DSV is seeking a Manager Operations Support in Moerdijk, NL. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across Quality, Health & Safety, Compliance, and Engineering to uphold high standards of quality and safety while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of working and thinking.
• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or similar.
• Experience leading specialist teams in Quality, Compliance, Health & Safety, Engineering, or CI.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of specialists across Quality, H&S, Compliance, Security, Process Engineering, and Application Engineering.
• Drive improvements to quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate strategic objectives into tangible improvements across the organisation.
• Initiate and manage improvement projects to increase productivity and service levels.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse processes, and drive standardisation and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and customer expectations.
• Lead audits, certification programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advise management and customers on strategic improvement opportunities.
• Foster collaboration between Operations, Engineering and supporting functions.
