Job summary

ASM is seeking an Operations Specialist to support and improve day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence. The role acts as a liaison between internal teams, strategic spares account managers, logistics and stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness and business results.

You will have 2–5 years in customer service within a high-tech environment and hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, logistics, or a related business function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, or operational management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support daily operational activities to ensure business continuity and service delivery.
• Monitor operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, analyze, interpret and publish operational data and performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on operational performance.
• Support operational projects, system implementations, and organizational initiatives.
• Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables.
• Assist with change management activities and user adoption efforts.
• Coordinate testing, training, and process documentation for new initiatives.
