Job summary

HQ Pack is seeking a Quality Controller in the Eindhoven area to ensure incoming materials, semi-finished products, and components meet our stringent quality standards before entering production. The role operates on a 2-shift schedule with a shift allowance of 18% on top of base pay.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials against standards and drawings, rejecting non-conforming components, registering deviations in ISAH, communicating findings with Purchasing and Quality teams,

Qualifications

• Proficient in conducting visual and manual inspections according to internal standards.
• Experience with measuring tools and drawings is advantageous.
• Ability to register and interpret deviations in a quality system.

• Analyzing, assessing, and registering deviations in ISAH.

• Conducting final quality checks on finished products before shipment.
• Carrying out accurate administrative processing of all related tasks.

As a Quality Controller, you ensure that all incoming materials, semi-finished products, and components meet the required standards before they enter the production process. You play a key role in preventing production loss and ensuring that only high-quality products reach our customers. This role is performed in a 2-shift schedule, for which you will receive an 18% shift allowance on top of your base salary.
