Job summary

Wundermart in Amsterdam is seeking a Performance Manager to own the commercial and operational performance of a European portfolio of hotels, partners, and value circles. You will leverage data to drive revenue, profitability, and customer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead Performance Specialists, and translate insights into actionable improvements that impact growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, hospitality, supply chain, data analytics or related field.
• 3+ years in performance management or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Commercial mindset with passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Experience with BI tools and dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio performance across Europe: revenue, profitability, and LFL growth.
• Lead and coach one or more Performance Specialists.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs: revenue, margins, availability, waste.
• Develop and execute improvement plans to increase performance and profitability.
• Identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and optimization initiatives using data.
• Drive cross-functional improvements across European operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Partner Sourcing, Onboarding to improve experience.
• Lead partner performance reviews and translate insights into actions.
• Improve product availability and reduce revenue loss from stockouts.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to deliver business objectives.
• Report trends, risks, opportunities and elevate issues when needed.

Job description

At Wundermart, we're transforming hospitality across Europe. With hundreds of autonomous hotel shops and a rapidly growing platform, we're looking for a Performance Manager who combines commercial thinking with operational excellence. You'll own the performance of a portfolio of hotels, partners, and value circles. By using data, identifying opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll continuously improve revenue, profitability, customer experience, and operational performance. If you love solving complex challenges, making data-driven decisions, and creating real business impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do.

• Own the commercial and operational performance of your portfolio across Europe, including revenue, profitability, and Like-for-Like (LFL) growth.
• Lead and coach one or more Performance Specialists.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as revenue, sales, margins, availability, waste, operational performance, and LFL growth.
• Develop and execute improvement plans that increase performance and profitability.
• Identify commercial opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and optimization initiatives using data and insights.
• Drive continuous improvements in performance, processes, and ways of working across our European operations.
• Work closely with the Product Team, Customer Success, Partner Sourcing, Onboarding/Implementation, and other stakeholders to improve our platform and customer experience across Europe.
• Lead partner performance reviews and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Improve product availability and reduce revenue loss caused by out-of-stock situations.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Europe to deliver business objectives.
• Report on performance trends, risks, opportunities, and elevate commercial or operational issues where needed.

What We're Looking For.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in performance management, commercial operations, business analytics, consulting, retail, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actions.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Comfortable leading projects and driving change in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with BI tools, dashboards, and data analysis is a strong plus.
