Job summary

Offshore Wind Logistics B.V. seeks an Operations Manager to drive the performance of two DP2 Fallpipe Vessels, bridging commercial and operational execution and leading an internal, multi-disciplinary team on international offshore projects.

You will enhance structures, procedures, and processes while ensuring safety, quality and compliance across projects and tenders, with scope to grow into broader operational leadership roles in a dynamic offshore environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Works Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar overseeing projects and teams.
• Able to switch between detail and helicopter view; decisive and communicative.
• Ambition to grow into broader operational leadership roles.
