Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Marine Logistics Lead to connect vessels, people and assets across offshore wind operations in IJmuiden. You will blend day-to-day operations with contractual oversight to keep logistics running smoothly.

You will coordinate vessels and helicopters, ensure HSEQ, manage contracts, and engage with stakeholders across planning, site ops and procurement. The role demands resilience and strong communication in a dynamic offshore environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with offshore vessel operations.
• Knowledge of contracts, invoicing and claims management.
• Strong communicator with cross-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics of vessels (CTVs / SOVs) and helicopter operations, from planning through to execution.
• Ensure high standards in Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ).
• Coordinate stakeholders across planning, site operations, procurement, marine logistics and external suppliers.
• Monitor and improve vessel mobilisations and performance, including uptime, fuel consumption and operational delays.
• Manage contractual matters, including claims, breakdowns and vessel replacements.
• Be responsible for documentation and compliance, including customs requirements and dangerous goods regulations (IATA / ADR / IMDG).
• Support daily offshore operations and respond to unexpected situations, including outside regular working hours.
