Job summary

Neve Jewels Group is seeking a European Operations Manager to own our European operation and drive the next growth phase. You will lead a team of around 20 and scale to ~60, overseeing fulfilment, workshop, shipping, repairs, returns and inventory.

In this fast-paced, international environment you will optimize end-to-end supply chains, manage carrier relationships, monitor delivery performance and ensure exceptional customer experience across Europe.

Qualifications

• Significant operational leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, international environments.
• Proven shipping, fulfilment, logistics or warehousing experience.
• Knowledge of domestic and international supply chains, carrier management and customs processes.
• Strategic yet hands-on approach.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence at senior level.
• Interest in luxury retail or jewellery; knowledge of diamonds or gemstones is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the European operations team across fulfilment, workshop, shipping, repairs, returns and inventory
• Manage the end-to-end fulfilment journey, from order placement through to successful delivery
• Oversee domestic and international shipping, carrier relationships and tracking processes
• Identify operational issues and implement practical process improvements
• Maintain high standards across workshop quality, fulfilment and customer experience
• Monitor key metrics including delivery performance, turnaround times, stock accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining clear performance standards
• Work closely with Customer Service, Production, Finance, Marketing and senior leadership
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex operational, logistical and customer issues

Are you a senior operations leader with experience scaling teams, improving complex fulfilment networks and leading international logistics?

Neve Jewels Group is seeking a European Operations Manager to take ownership of our European operation and play a key role in its next phase of growth.

The role

You will lead our European operations team, currently around 20 people, with plans to grow to approximately 60 over the next two years.

Key responsibilities

The Person

You will bring:

• significant operational leadership experience.
• Strong leadership experience within a fast-paced, international environment
• Proven experience in shipping, fulfilment, logistics or warehousing
• Good knowledge of domestic and international supply chains, carrier management and customs processes
• comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Confidence managing teams through growth and change
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at senior level
• A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
• An interest in luxury retail or jewellery; knowledge of diamonds or gemstones would be an advantage

Compensation

• €50,000–€60,000 per annum, including 8% holiday allowance
• Travel allowance of up to €205 per month for commuting by public transport or private car
• 24 days of annual leave, plus 11 public holidays
