Job summary

Working days & hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 7pm (8 hours within this interval)

Location: Oude Meer, North Holland, 1438 BC

This is an entry level role, therefore no experience is required

Immediate start preferred

6 month FTC

Compensation: 17,500 EUR

The Role

The Junior Quality Control (QC) Associate will be responsible for overseeing the melee quality control process, ensuring that all products meet established standards. This role is essential in maintaining product excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Junior QC Associate will work closely with ops teams, suppliers, and internal departments to implement and maintain effective quality control processes. The person will also be responsible for shipments from NL hub. There will be a strong focus on melee.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• QC Processing: Create accurate order forms based on melee stock

• Quality Audits: Assist internal and external quality audits to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to reduce their QC rejections and monitor stock levels, updating them promptly when replenishment is required.

• Shipments: Assist with inventory management and logistics of shipping orders

What you'll need:

This is an entry level role, therefore no experience is required. However, an interest in luxury goods (diamonds, gemstones, jewellery) is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.

• Attention to Detail: High level of precision and thoroughness in executing tasks.

• Work Ethic: Strong willingness to learn, process information quickly and execute to the best of ability
