Job summary

Neve Jewels Group in the Netherlands–Hoofddorp is seeking a Repairs and Assessment Coordinator to join our operations team. You’ll assess product issues, coordinate with workshop and regional offices, and manage repairs and stock transfers across our stores.

Ideal candidates bring strong jewellery knowledge, precision, and teamwork. You’ll train new staff, handle returns, and support hallmarking processes while helping to maintain our high customer satisfaction and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• An individual with strong knowledge of jewellery (metals, settings, tolerances, etc).
• Product assessment experience or aptitude considered a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines with high accuracy.
• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assess product issues and collaborate with workshop teams to resolve them.
• Track and issue repairs to the workshop.
• Coordinate with regional offices for stock transfers.
• Source stones, findings, and materials for urgent orders.
• Oversee workshop repair costs.
• Train new team members.
• Book returns and repairs in a timely manner.
• Send products for hallmarking.
• Work with the wider team to conduct regular stock checks.

• An individual with strong knowledge of jewellery (Metals, settings, tolerances, etc)
• Product assessment
• Desire to learn and train on all elements of the role
• Ability to work to deadlines
• High levels of accuracy
• Someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A friendly and approachable individual with a confident and polite manner.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team but also independently
