Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a senior Operations Manager to lead daily performance across three warehouses serving a fashion customer in Venray. You will report to the Site Manager and manage two Warehouse Managers, Team Leaders and about 400 employees, with automation and digitalization driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/HBO in related fields required.
• At least 3 years of logistics/warehouse operations experience in automated environments.
• Experience with WMS systems.
• Strong English communication; Dutch and Polish a plus.

To further support our growing campus in Venray, we are looking for a senior Operations Manager

You will be responsible for the overall daily operational performance of 3 warehouses operating for fashion customer. Reporting to the Site Manager, you lead two Warehouse Managers, Team Leaders and approximately 400 employees. Automation and digitalization play an increasingly important role in the operation.

What you’ll bring to GXO

• Bachelor’s degree/HBO in related fields
• Min 3 years of experience in Logistics/warehouse knowledge (Operations Manager) in automated logistics / distribution centres / warehouse / stockrooms , preferably within fashion retail customers
• Experience working with WMS
• Strong communication skills English. Dutch and Polish is a big plus
