Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and headquarters.
  • Facilitate regular communication to update all parties on status, milestones and requirements.
  • Adapt autonomous trucking technology to local regulations and operational norms.
  • Ensure deployments comply with local regulations, safety standards, and requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
  • Address concerns, obtain permits, and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Implement project plans from headquarters and ensure timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams locally and with HQ.
  • Monitor progress and report KPIs to customer and HQ.
  • Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Align local execution with HQ strategies, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Work with HQ teams for technical support and resource allocation.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of deployment, including testing and data management.
  • Coordinate local resources and logistics.
  • Act as a cultural liaison between the Chinese team and local stakeholders.
  • Promote an inclusive and collaborative environment.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams locally and with headquarters to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators to both the customer and headquarters.
  • Prepare regular status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Align local project execution with headquarters' strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with HQ teams for technical support, decision-making, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of autonomous truck deployment, including testing, maintenance, and data management.
