Job summary

Flix is seeking a motivated Intern – Operations Benelux for our Amsterdam office who will be hands-on from day one. The role covers admin tasks, KPI analytics, process automation, partner communications, and field research across the Benelux network.

You will support on-site regional operations, help build strong partnerships, and contribute to the continuous improvement of daily workflows with a proactive, autonomous mindset.

Qualifications

• Education: HBO level in a related field (e.g. Tourism, Business Administration, Logistics, or Communications).
• Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.

Responsibilities

• Admin & Operations: Support day-to-day administrative tasks, manage operations inbox, and handle partner queries promptly and professionally.
• Analytics & Reporting: Assist in KPI analysis to deliver reliable reports and actionable insights for teams and partners.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Drive automation of operational workflows using AI tools to create scalable, reliable processes.
