Félix in Amsterdam is offering an Internship – Operations Benelux. You will support day-to-day admin, manage the operations inbox, and assist with KPI reporting and partner queries in a hands-on role from day one.

This internship emphasizes automation, process improvement, and on-site field research across the Benelux network, with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable solutions. English and Dutch (or French) fluency, plus an HBO qualification, are desired.

Qualifications

• HBO level in a related field (e.g., Tourism, Business Administration, Logistics, or Communications).
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
• Detail-oriented and precise with strong output quality.
• Proactive, autonomous, and ownership mindset.
• Interest in digital tools and automation to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Admin & Operations: Support day-to-day administrative tasks, manage the operations inbox, and handle partner queries.
• Analytics & Reporting: Assist in KPI analysis and deliver reliable reports for the teams.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Drive automation of operational workflows and experiment with AI tools.
• Communication & Newsletter: Draft and distribute the monthly Benelux newsletter to bus partners.
• Proactive Field Research: Conduct on-site station visits and produce structured field reports.
• Partnership Development: Support on-site regional operations to build partnerships across Benelux.

About the Role

• Admin & Operations: Support day-to-day administrative tasks, manage the operations inbox, and handle relevant partner queries in a timely and professional manner
• Analytics & Reporting: Assist in KPI analysis to help partners become key players in our international route, delivering reliable reports and actionable insights for the teams
• Automation & Process Improvement: Actively drive the automation of operational workflows and repetitive tasks, experimenting with AI tools to build smarter, more accurate processes—turning manual work into scalable, reliable solutions
• Communication & Newsletter: Contribute to internal and external communications, including drafting and distributing the monthly Benelux newsletter to bus partners
• Proactive Field Research: Take initiative in conducting on-site station visits, producing structured field reports and contributing to the improvement of our operations
• Partnership Development: Help build, maintain, and develop long‑lasting partnerships by supporting on-site regional operations across the Benelux network

About You

• Education: You have an HBO level in a related field (e.g., Tourism, Business Administration, Logistics, or Communications)
• Languages: You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
• Detail‑Oriented & Precise: You have a natural tendency to double-check your work, catch inconsistencies, and take pride in delivering accurate, high‑quality output
• Proactive & Autonomous: You don't wait to be told — you anticipate needs, take ownership, and consistently look for ways to add value beyond your core tasks
