Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is looking for a Senior Manager in Operations & Industry Domain Solutions for the Consumer sector in Amsterdam. This permanent role requires a Master’s degree and 8–10 years’ experience in business and operational transformation, preferably in consulting.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, define operational strategy, redesign operating models, and implement value-driven improvements using digital technologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant business discipline.
• 8–10 years’ experience in business/operational transformation programs, preferably in consulting.
• Experience in consumer industry with understanding of core processes and value drivers.
• Experience leading large teams or multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary Deloitte teams to deliver value to our clients throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Define an operational strategy and extend to (re)designing, optimizing, and implementing the operating model and core processes.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and be an excellent project manager with industry expertise.
• Help define future-proof solutions using digital technologies to increase efficiency and customer-centricity.
