Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands in Amsterdam is seeking a (Senior) Manager Operations Strategy & Industry Solutions for the Public Sector. You guide client transformations from operating model design to core process optimization and implement technical solutions.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage planning and budgets, develop client relationships at senior levels, and contribute to proposals and pricing while shaping talent and governance across public sector programs.

Qualifications

• A university Master’s degree and/or MBA and at least 6 years of relevant (consulting) work experience, most of which in the public sector;

• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely, manage conflicting priorities, and navigate complex situations;
• a broad network within the public sector and an understanding of current trends, challenges, and developments;
• experience in managing (multidisciplinary) teams and excellent people management skills;
• excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

As a (Senior) Manager, you lead multidisciplinary Deloitte teams to deliver value to our clients throughout the entire transformation lifecycle.
