Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a (Senior) Consultant in Logistics & Distribution to design and deliver end-to-end transformation programs for national and international clients. You will work on network optimization, warehouse management, automation, and decision intelligence, guiding clients through changes and ensuring seamless transitions.

The role requires a 3+ year track record in logistics domains, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills in English; Dutch

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant work experience in Logistics & Distribution
Strong knowledge of logistics operations and design principles
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

Design and deliver logistics & distribution solutions across network optimization, warehouse management, transport management, and order management.
Develop strategies for warehouse optimization and automation and guide deployment and changes.
Evaluate ROI, vendor selection, and lead implementation of new logistics software or automation.
Translate business requirements into processes and systems (WMS, TMS, order management, decision intelligence).
Conduct assessments of client supply chains to identify configurations that reduce costs or enhance resilience.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and AI-driven delivery through training and thought leadership.
Lead workshops to translate operational challenges into strategic recommendations and present findings to executives.
