McKinsey & Company seeks a participant for its two‑year Operations Excellence Program (OEP). You will engage in client problem solving, design analyses, and synthesize recommendations while gaining edge in operations consulting and structured capability building.

The role offers on‑the‑job coaching and cross‑functional exposure across industries and functions. You will work on shaping digital agendas and deploying AI‑driven operating models, with focus on GenAI, intelligent agents, and

Qualifications

Master’s degree with exceptional academic performance.
Interest or experience in AI-powered service innovation and GenAI.
Proven leadership and European mobility.
Excellent analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
Fluency in English and the local office language.

Responsibilities

Engage in client problem solving, including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing analyses, and synthesizing recommendations.
Contribute to on‑the‑job coaching and the structured capability-building program of the OEP.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple client engagements and industries.
Help shape client’s digital agendas and routes to next‑gen operational models using AI and automation.
