Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking candidates for the two-year Operations Excellence Program (OEP). You will work on client engagements, identifying issues, forming hypotheses, and conducting analyses to deliver practical recommendations. The program blends on‑the‑job coaching with a structured capability-building curriculum.

You will gain leading operations and consultancy skills while rotating across client projects in Europe and benefiting from a global support network.

Qualifications

Master’s degree and exceptional academics required.
Initial experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or quality and compliance.
Proven leadership experience in work or extracurriculars.
Mobility and enthusiasm for European assignments during the work week.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas in English and the local office language.

Responsibilities

Work on client engagements in McKinsey's Operations Practice through the OEP.
Identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize recommendations.
Learn operations and consultancy skills via on‑the‑job coaching and structured training.
Rotate across client projects and collaborate with colleagues and clients across Europe.
