McKinsey & Company is seeking a Consultant for the Capital Excellence track within the Operations Excellence Program (OEP). You will solve client challenges, shape hypotheses, design analyses and deliver recommendations while gaining frontline coaching and formal capability-building.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Initial experience in a capital excellence topic (e.g., Capital projects, capital management systems, real estate, infrastructure, construction).
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Mobility and enthusiasm for taking on European assignments during the work week.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language.

Responsabilités

• You will work on client engagements as a consultant in the Operations Excellence Program (OEP).
• You will identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses and synthesize conclusions into recommendations.
• You will gain ops and consultancy skills through on‑the‑job coaching and program training.
• After completing the program, you will join the global Operations Practice, contributing to Capital Excellence on large capital projects.
