Job summary

In this role you’ll explore AI-native operating models, GenAI, intelligent automation, and agile methods to redesign service delivery, while receiving hands-on coaching from leaders to accelerate your growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and exceptional academic performance.
• Interest in AI-powered service innovation, including GenAI, intelligent agents, and AI-native service models.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in English and local office language.

Responsibilities

• Solve client problems through structured analyses and synthesize recommendations.
• Participate in the OEP with on-the-job coaching and capability-building.
• Develop expertise across key operations areas including manufacturing, product development, purchasing, service operations, supply chain, and capital excellence.
