About the role

As an intern within the Operations & Delivery team, you will have a unique opportunity to experience the dynamic world of cruise operations. You will support the preparation, execution, and evaluation of operational processes in the Netherlands and abroad. Additionally, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of tours and cruise experiences.

• Update suppliers on confirmed bookings and send all relevant information ahead of guest arrival.
• Book Tour Directors and Guides according to the operational schedule and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Work closely with the Port Operations Manager by collecting and sharing feedback from operations.
• Develop and maintain a feedback document for Tour Directors to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage operational changes in detail and handle last‑minute requests efficiently, including communication with international cruise partners and local stakeholders.

About you

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Tourism or Business Management.
• You are available for an internship starting February 2026.
• You have a passion for travel and basic knowledge of various destinations.
• You are communicative and customer‑oriented.
• You can work independently but also thrive in a team environment.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Dutch is desirable but not mandatory.
