Job summary

Integer is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Eindhoven for a part-time role (2-3 days per week) with a salary range of €1,400–€2,100 per month. You will back the team with administrative and operational processes, grant support, and marketing assistance, while maintaining a central tracker and tidy data room.

The position offers hybrid work from TU/e Campus with language requirements in Dutch and English; travel expenses are covered, and a laptop with work phone is provided.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the management team, taking ownership of administrative and operational processes across the company.
• Support and manage publicly funded projects and grants.
• Support marketing initiatives that help us grow our brand and reach.
• Create and maintain a clear overview of all recurring company processes, deadlines and responsibilities (a “process and deadline tracker”).
• Maintain and structure Integer’s data room, ensuring documents are up to date and easily accessible.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for administrative matters.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve, standardise and streamline internal processes.

We are Integer, an impact-driven startup revolutionising the management and optimisation of energy installations in buildings.

Our flagship product, the LINK, is a plug‑and‑play platform for the remote management, control and optimisation of energy installations. It empowers installers to perform more efficient maintenance while enabling building owners to enhance indoor comfort, reduce CO2 emissions and address local grid congestion.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of the company and a force multiplier for the team as we continue to grow.

Summary

Part‑time position as Operations Coordinator – open application. No fixed start date. Dutch and English are working languages. Location: TU/e Campus (option to work hybrid).
