Job summary

Silverflow is hiring a Product Manager for Transaction Processing. You will own the Authorizations capability, collaborate across Engineering, Commercial, and Operations, and drive end-to-end product delivery for a cloud-native payments platform.

You will engage with card networks, master complex scheme rules, and ensure compliance, performance, and high authorization rates while enabling customers globally.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Product Management or Operations experience in a high-growth environment or finance/tech.
• Payments experience is a strong plus.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Operations, STEM, or adjacent analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Authorizations product mission within the Transaction Processing Stream.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, and Account Management to deliver on the roadmap.
• Prioritize features, manage technical debt, and ensure reliable, scalable processing.
• Lead design sessions and produce clear API documentation for stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of card network mandates and updates through data-driven insights.
