Full-time

Who is Silverflow?

Silverflow is a cloud-native payment processing platform replacing rigid legacy systems with a single, data-rich API directly integrated with the card networks.

The company was founded in 2019 by payments industry leaders and entrepreneurs Robert Kraal, Paul Buying, and Anne-Willem de Vries, drawing on their combined experience at Bibit, Google, and Adyen.

We are an international team of 100+ colleagues representing over 30 nationalities. We partner with leading fintechs, banks, and merchants like Deutsche Bank and Bolt, and recently raised a $40M Series B led by Picus Capital.

If you want to shape global financial infrastructure, we are building the future of payments. Join our team to make a real impact and grow your career in a fast-moving, diverse environment!

What you'll do

Transaction authorization is the heartbeat of global payments, with trillions of dollars evaluated in milliseconds every year. Silverflow is building a next-generation cloud-native core payment platform, and our Authorizations engine is critical to this mission. It enables the latest innovations in payments while maximizing authorization rates, minimizing costs, and ensuring high platform reliability and security for our clients.

We are looking for a driven, curious, and sharp Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the Authorizations capability within our Transaction Processing Stream. You will play a key role in the global launch of new card networks, mastering complex scheme rules, routing dynamics, and technical compliance standards to build a scalable, automated, and high-performance transaction processing platform. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Commercial, Account Management, Data & AI, and Operations teams to define the vision, prioritize impactful features, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

What you'll do
  • Product Vision: Define and execute the Authorizations product mission, aligning it with Silverflow's broader transaction processing goals.
  • Roadmap & OKRs: Own quarterly OKRs, balancing high-impact strategic bets (e.g., vertical expansion, smart routing, tokenization, low-latency engine enhancements) with quick wins and operational stability.
  • Continuous Discovery: Actively engage with clients, monitor market trends, and stay ahead of card network (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) mandates and updates. You will leverage transaction telemetry to write clear, actionable user stories and requirements that drive new transaction processing features.
  • Sprint Prioritization: Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, and Account Management to deliver on the product roadmap, optimize sprint velocity, manage technical debt, and ensure flawless delivery.
  • Subject-Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject-matter expert on transaction processing flows, card scheme rules, and authorization messaging (ISO 8583 / ISO 20022), leading deep-dive product demos and technical discussions to help close key enterprise prospects.
  • Enablement & Documentation: Lead system design sessions, deliver presentations, streamline operational workflows, and create clear technical API documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Who you are

You are looking for a next step in your career where you can take full ownership and drive measurable impact. You are driven, curious, and love untangling complex frameworks to find solutions to problems.

You'll be a great fit if you match the following profile :

  • Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Operations, STEM, or an adjacent analytical field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of Product Management or Operations experience within a high-growth environment, top-tier banking, or consulting. Payments experience is a strong plus.
  • Problem Solver:You love cracking complex challenges, making data-driven decisions, and driving progress both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-Oriented: You understand that in payments, edge cases matter. You are highly organized, have strong attention to detail, and can translate complex frameworks into clear, structured product requirements.
  • Communication & Collaboration: You understand no decision is made in silos, and you can communicate effectively and clearly with stakeholders at all levels and departments, bridging the gap both internally and externally.
  • Systems Thinker: You understand and are eager to master how intricate systems interact with each other and how complex business logic translates into elegant API design. A track record within fintech or other infrastructure software is a plus.
  • Rapid Learner: You quickly absorb new information, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and continuously seek to expand your knowledge of the dynamic payments landscape.
  • Broad Exposure & Impact:Gain wide-ranging experience across product, engineering, sales and support in a fast-growing international startup. You’ll help shape the processes and culture that define how Silverflow scales.
  • Mentorship & Growth:Work within a flat organization alongside highly experienced industry veterans. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams, receiving hands‑on guidance to accelerate your product career.
  • A Vibrant, People-First Culture: Join a diverse team of 30+ nationalities. Enjoy catered daily team lunches, board game nights, padel tournaments, memorable annual events, ski trips, Friday drinks and team off‑sites. We believe great work happens when people also have fun together.
