Job summary

Frank Energie, located in Amsterdam, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to strengthen backend and convert designs into scalable digital products. You will collaborate across teams to improve infrastructure, UX, and maintainability in a fast-changing energy landscape.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer, who will not only help us further develop our back-end and convert designs into digital products, but also wants to think along about the scalability, stability and maintainability of our infrastructure and the interaction and user experience of the products we create. We find it very important to continuously learn and innovate. In recent years, we have noted that the best products come from good collaboration. That is why we are looking for a real team player.

We work with (new) technologies, such as React Native, Next.js, Node.js, and Typescript, but we don't jump on every hype train unless we are certain it makes our work better or easier. As a team, we are constantly looking at how we can improve.

You have a variety of work experiences (5+ years). Moreover, you know how to adapt and react quickly to new situations. You have the courage to make decisions, are energetic, independent and have a positive attitude that is driven to perform. Your background and skills

• You are eager and fully committed, are working independently, proactively, and structured, and are taking responsibility for your projects;

• You have a variety of work experiences (5+ years) and want to grow further with Frank Energie;

• You have experience with Node.js, React & React Native, and Typescript (must), and experience with GraphQL, Next.js, and/or PostgreSQL (is a plus);

• You use AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow and understand their limitations (e.g. code quality, security, hallucinations);

• You are skilled in HTML, CSS, responsive development, API integration, and unit testing, and have a keen eye for detail;

• You have a passion for clean, well-structured coding;

• You can give and receive feedback well (we value honesty);

• You are fluent in English, Dutch is a big plus.
