Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist for our hub in Duiven. You will bridge operational performance, data analysis and execution to deliver measurable improvements.

The role requires coordinating across Operations, Planning, Engineering, and Control Room to drive initiatives and embed changes into daily operations. Strong analytical capability, project management experience, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies is considered an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across operations by identifying opportunities to improve performance, quality and efficiency.
• Lead improvement projects from initial analysis through implementation.
• Coordinate activities across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
