Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive to drive Operational Excellence across OE and DMS. The role focuses on daily management, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

The candidate will lead Lean Six Sigma projects, coach teams, and develop capabilities through White to Green Belt training, while tracking savings and presenting MIS dashboards to management.

Qualifications

Senior Executive Operational Executive- Responsible for day to day activities of OE and DMS

Continuous Improvement & Productivity

• Identify and execute productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety improvement projects.
• Lead cross-functional business improvement initiatives using analytical and structured problem-solving approaches.
• Drive operational excellence culture across manufacturing and support functions.

Lean Six Sigma Deployment

• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Coach teams on problem-solving tools and continuous improvement practices.
• Facilitate Kaizen activities and improvement projects

Daily Management System (DMS)

• Support implementation of shop-floor management and DMS practices.
• Drive KPI review mechanisms and performance monitoring.
• Promote visual management and structured escalation systems.

Training & Capability Building

• Train employees on Lean Six Sigma concepts.
• Conduct White Belt, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt awareness and project mentoring activities.
• Develop continuous improvement skills across departments.

Data Analytics & Reporting
