Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive to drive Operational Excellence across OE and DMS. The role focuses on daily management, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

The candidate will lead Lean Six Sigma projects, coach teams, and develop capabilities through White to Green Belt training, while tracking savings and presenting MIS dashboards to management.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma concepts.

• Experience in managing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety improvements.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using structured problem solving.
• Support shop-floor management and KPI review processes.
• Train employees on Lean Six Sigma concepts and belt awareness.
• Track savings and benefits realization; prepare MIS and dashboards.
• Facilitate focused improvement teams and share best practices.
