Job summary

Ellips is seeking an Operational Buyer in Eindhoven to ensure timely procurement of high‑tech products and services while coordinating transport and facility management. The 40‑hour week requires a solid technical education (minimum MBO+), and NEVI 1 is a plus.

You will manage suppliers, logistics, and documentation for export/import, drive procurement process improvements, and oversee the full logistics chain and building management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years purchasing high-tech products and services in a similar role.
• Completed technical education at least at MBO+ level; NEVI 1 diploma is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong procurement and logistics mindset.

How do you make an impact as an Operational Buyer?

For this all-round position, we are looking for a candidate (40 hours per week) with a completed technical education at a minimum of MBO+ level. Holding a NEVI 1 diploma is a plus. In addition, you must have at least 5 years of experience in purchasing high-tech products and services in a similar role.

In this position, you will not only act as an operational buyer but also be responsible for the transportation process and facility management. Experience in preparing export documentation is a strong advantage.

What are you going to do?

As an Operational Buyer, you ensure the timely purchase of technical products and services. You manage suppliers, logistics, and facilities—keeping operations efficient and reliable.
