Job summary

Coty seeks a strategic Open Innovation Development Senior Manager, Face & Eyes, to drive category strategy and a multi-year launch roadmap from Amsterdam. You will scout external innovation, translate trends into concepts, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (Business, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field).
• 7+ years of experience with cosmetic and skincare development and working with Marketing sector.
• Strong background in Face & Eyes products and in color cosmetics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for assigned color categories, including gaps, renovations, upgrades, and new initiatives.
• Develop and manage a 3+ year innovation pipeline and global launch roadmap.
• Scout external innovation with TPMs, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Monitor beauty trends and competitive launches within color categories.
