Job summary
Coty invites a Global Lead, Innovation Insights & Foresight in Amsterdam to shape the future of Color Cosmetics & Nails. You will connect consumer understanding, cultural and trend intelligence, and innovation strategy to identify unmet needs and whitespace opportunities, then translate insights into territories and growth platforms.
You will partner with Brand, Innovation, R&D and Strategic Business Operations to prioritize investments, validate concepts, and drive a forward-looking innovation
Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in Innovation Insights, Strategic Foresight, or related fields.
- Experience within Beauty, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail or consumer-centric industries.
- Strong expertise in trend forecasting, cultural intelligence and foresight.
- Proven ability to identify emerging consumer and market shifts into growth opportunities.
- Experience supporting innovation pipelines from opportunity identification to early-stage learning.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking, with ability to translate insights into priorities and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global Innovation Insights & Foresight agenda and shape future growth.
- Identify emerging trends and whitespace opportunities with potential to unlock growth.
- Translate insights into innovation territories, growth platforms and strategic opportunities.
