Job summary

Coty SA is seeking an Open Innovation Development Manager for the EU Lip segment, based in Amsterdam. You will shape the innovation portfolio, identify growth opportunities, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver new lip products from concept to market.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong program management and collaboration with external manufacturers to accelerate launches in a fast‑paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (Business, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field).
• 5 years of experience with cosmetic and skincare development and working with Marketing; strong Lip background.
• Experience with third‑party manufacturers and external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Co‑Lead strategy for assigned color categories, including gaps and new initiatives.
• Develop and manage a 3+ year innovation pipeline and global launch roadmap.
• Scout external innovation with TPMs, suppliers and industry partners.
• Monitor beauty trends and competitive launches in color categories.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to translate insights into product concepts.
• Support end‑to‑end execution and commercialization of launches.
• Engage with global brand teams to drive market performance.
• Represent Coty at trade shows and industry events for partnerships.
