Job summary

Coty SA is seeking a Global Lead, Innovation Insights & Foresight in Amsterdam to shape the future of Color Cosmetics & Nails. You will connect consumer insights, trend intelligence, and foresight to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions across Brand, Innovation, R&D and Operations.

You will lead early-stage learning, partner with global teams, and build a culture focused on consumer insights and growth, while shaping a long-term innovation agenda for Coty’s consumer beauty

Qualifications

6-8+ years in Innovation Insights, Strategic Foresight or related fields.
Experience in Beauty, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail or consumer-centric industry.
Strong expertise in trend forecasting and foresight.

Responsibilities

Lead the global Innovation Insights & Foresight agenda, shaping future growth.
Identify emerging trends and whitespace opportunities to unlock growth.
Translate foresight into innovation territories and strategic opportunities.
Partner with Brand, Innovation and R&D to shape future priorities.
Lead early-stage innovation learning to validate consumer needs.
Evaluate opportunities by consumer relevance, business potential and fit.
Build foresight methodologies and external partnerships for growth.
Influence decision-making with storytelling and clear recommendations.
Champion a consumer-obsessed culture across teams.
