Illumina Eindhoven seeks an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to drive daily operations on the warehouse floor. You will lead a team of Material Coordinators, ensuring safe, high-quality execution of receiving, storage, picking and deliveries on site in Eindhoven.

You will balance people leadership with active participation in tasks, maintain strong cross-functional collaboration, and uphold Illumina's standards of accountability and quality in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor with Material Coordinators.

• Monitor workflows, set priorities, adjust resources to meet needs.
• Ensure activities meet safety and quality standards and SOPs.

Warehouse Team Leader - Eindhoven, Netherlands

Fixed term contract for 12 months Onsite role, shift basis, Sunday through Friday - average 40 hours per week. As Team Leader here at Illumina in Eindhoven, you will play a pivotal role in leading daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth, safe, and high-quality execution across all material handling activities. This is a fully hands‑on position, working side‑by‑side with a team of Material Coordinators while providing day‑to‑day guidance, coaching, and clear operational direction. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams across the site to maintain an exceptional warehouse environment and uphold operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Include

• Provide day‑to‑day hands‑on leadership on the warehouse floor, working directly alongside Material Coordinators
• Guide, support, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and a positive, collaborative culture
• Execute core warehouse activities including goods receipt, material handling, storage, picking, packing, and internal deliveries
• Monitor daily workflows, assign priorities, and adjust resources to meet operational needs
• Ensure all activities are completed safely and in accordance with quality standards, SOPs, and site procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Take ownership of documentation accuracy, inventory integrity, and issue resolution

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range for the Warehouse Team Leader - Eindhoven, Netherlands role based in Netherlands is EUR 33.000 - 49.600. The range reflects long‑term growth in the role; therefore, most candidates are hired between the minimum and middle of the range. Placement depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This salary range applies to the primary posting location listed above. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range will be updated accordingly. Compensation ranges for other locations will differ to reflect local market competitiveness and will be shared with candidates if applicable during the recruitment process. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
