Job summary

Avantor in Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands, seeks an Onsite Coordinator to manage RMSD operations, workload planning, and compliant sample management activities on the client site. Approximately 60% hands-on in lab and warehouse, with the remaining 40% focused on planning, scheduling, KPI reporting, and stakeholder communication.

This role supports continuous improvement, ensures timely execution, and maintains high service delivery while working closely with associates and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a laboratory, GMP-regulated, or pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience coordinating operational activities, schedules, and cross-functional workflows.
• Working knowledge of GMP principles and quality systems.
• Experience with laboratory operations, sample management, logistics, or related services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily RMSD operations and ensure compliance with procedures and client requirements.
• Manage sample receipt, processing, and shipment to meet deadlines and accuracy.
• Monitor workloads and oversee dashboards, priority lists, and service levels.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Incoming and Sampling teams on shipments and priorities.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly work schedules for optimal resources.
• Track and report operational metrics and KPIs.
• Investigate and escalate issues; drive corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and records in GMP-compliant systems.
• Build relationships with lab, warehouse, and client stakeholders.
