Job summary

Us3 Consulting in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced EIA Project Engineer / Package Owner to lead a major industrial package through execution, FAT, installation, SAT, commissioning and handover.

You will own the EIA package end-to-end, manage multiple suppliers, review designs and documentation, drive risk mitigation and ensure safety, quality and schedule are met on site in the south of the Netherlands.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant EIA, project engineering or package ownership experience.
Broad practical understanding of EIA across multiple disciplines.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or Control Engineering is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of an allocated EIA package through commissioning and handover.
Manage technical and project-related performance of multiple suppliers and vendors.
Review Functional Design Specifications and electrical drawings.
Identify risks and drive corrective actions to meet quality and schedule.
Provide strong onsite support during installation, SAT, commissioning and start-up.
Create and actively manage punch lists through to closure.
Monitor expenditure and budget within the EIA package.
