About the Role

As an Online Sales Operations specialist, you will own the end-to-end performance of our products across Europe's leading cross-border e-commerce platforms. You'll turn data into strategy — shaping how Anker, eufy, and Soundcore show up, convert, and win in the European market. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves both the analytical rigor of numbers and the creativity of commercial storytelling.

• Own the full platform operations of our products — driving sales, day-to-day operations, and promotion across cross-border e-commerce platforms in Europe;
• Based on product and consumer insights, lead market analysis, product selection, pricing strategy, and go-to-market promotion for your target platforms;
• Track and manage overall platform KPIs, analyze and synthesize operational data, and deliver optimization plans that lift platform performance;
• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, brand, supply chain) to translate data into winning commercial actions.
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business analytics, or a related field;
• Strong logical and analytical thinking — comfortable with data analysis tools and software, and experienced in writing statistical analysis reports;
• Resilience under pressure, a fast-learning mindset, and excellent communication skills;
• A collaborative, ownership-driven team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);
• Preferred: experience with BOL/AMZ cross-border e-commerce platforms, content operations, business analysis, or Google Analytics.
