Job summary

Anker Innovations in the Netherlands seeks a Marketing/Business Analyst to drive cross-border e-commerce platform operations. You will analyze markets, select products, set pricing, and promote offerings based on product and consumer traits.

You will monitor platform metrics, organize data, and propose optimization strategies to improve overall performance. Fluent English is required; experience with Google Analytics and AMZ/BOL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business analysis, or related fields.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and reporting.
• Able to work under pressure with strong learning ability.
• Good communication and teamwork spirit.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Preferred experience with cross-border e-commerce platforms AMZ/BOL and analytics.

Job description

• Responsible for the overall platform operation of the company's products, including sales, operation, and promotion on cross-border e-commerce platforms;
• Based on product and consumer characteristics, complete market analysis, product selection, pricing strategies, and product promotion for the target platform;
• Control the overall platform's operational indicators, analyze and organize operational data, and provide optimization solutions for the overall platform operation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in marketing/business analysis or related fields preferred;
• Strong logical thinking ability, proficient in data analysis, skilled in using data analysis tools and software, and familiar with writing statistical analysis reports;
• Able to withstand certain work pressure, excellent learning ability, and good communication skills;
• Strong teamwork spirit and a sense of responsibility;
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; experience with BOL/AMZ cross-border e-commerce platforms (content/business analysis/Google Analytics) is preferred.
