Job summary

Catch Resource Management Ltd. is seeking a OneStream EPM Consultant to join a fast-growing, Netherlands-based team in a full-time role. You will implement OneStream for financial planning and consolidation and advise on optimal process designs across Dutch organisations.

You will also translate business requirements into robust OneStream solutions, support in-house developments, and mentor junior colleagues in a hybrid, Netherlands-based setup.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant OneStream experience.
• HB0/WO level education in finance, tech or business.
• Programming experience in VB or C# is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, reporting, or ESG in OneStream.
• Excellent networking and knowledge-sharing abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on process.

Responsibilities

• Implement OneStream solutions covering financial planning and consolidation for Dutch organisations.
• Advise clients on the optimal design of planning and consolidation processes.
• Translate business requirements into effective OneStream solutions.
• Develop in-house solutions and help bring them to market.
• Deliver consolidation and planning projects across sectors with a pragmatic approach.
• Maintain close communication with clients and train junior colleagues.
• Take initiative to grow the team.

Our client, a specialist EPM consultancy, are seeking a OneStream EPM Consultant to join their fast-growing team in a full-time permanent basis. Involved in various projects, you will support our clients by implementing software solutions that support the planning and consolidation process. As well as this you will advise clients on the optimal set-up of these processes and make the necessary tools available.

Key Skills and Experience:

• A completed financial, technical or business education at the HBO or WO level;
• At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience within OneStream
• Experience with programming is a plus (VB or C#)
• Excellent knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, (management) reporting, or ESG in OneStream.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and are a true networker.
• You are goal- and customer-oriented while keeping an eye on the process.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement OneStream software solutions covering financial planning and consolidation for leading Dutch organisations
• Advise clients on the optimal design of their planning and consolidation processes
• Translate business requirements into effective, well-built OneStream solutions
• Develop in-house solutions and help bring them to market
