Job summary

Adyen is seeking an Onboarding Manager based in Amsterdam to partner with Commercial teams and external merchants. You will shape complex onboarding opportunities, align compliance requirements with commercial goals, and drive the go-live path within risk guardrails.

You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Compliance to deliver a seamless onboarding journey across EMEA. With 5+ years in compliance advisory, onboarding or PM, you will translate merchant needs into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance advisory, client onboarding, or project management.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or banking with knowledge of KYC and CDD.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding compliance solutioning from assessment to sign-off.
• Evaluate merchant risk and build business cases for high-value deals.
• Translate requirements into onboarding guidance for teams.
• Lead onboarding journeys with Sales, Account Management and Compliance.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and expansion projects.
• Set standards and track metrics to improve onboarding processes.
