Job summary

ASML in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, invites you to join the Onboarding Team for a bachelor or master’s internship starting February 2027. You will support contract preparation, manage new hire activities, and help deliver a smooth onboarding experience in a global tech company.

You will handle onboarding cases, respond to questions, apply HR processes, and identify improvements to help service quality while learning about HR operations in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, business, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions from employees, managers, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
