Job summary

ASML is seeking an Onboarding Internship in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, to support onboarding activities from contract preparation through an employee's first days. This internship provides hands-on HR Operations experience in a global technology company and includes opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in HRM, business administration, organizational studies, international business, psychology (organizational/business focus), business process management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Take initiative, learn quickly and work proactively.
• Work accurately and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Collaborate effectively with others while also managing tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding cases across different stages of the employee journey.
• Respond to employee, manager, and stakeholder questions in a professional manner.
• Apply HR processes, policies, and operational procedures accurately.
• Maintain employee information while handling confidential data responsibly.
• Analyze recurring questions, process bottlenecks, and operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve service quality.
• Support or lead a small improvement initiative within the onboarding team.
