Job summary

EMW is seeking a Solution Support Engineer to deliver technical assistance for software implementations and ongoing maintenance. You will troubleshoot issues, configure products, and guide customers to best practices, while collaborating with engineering and product teams on complex problems.

The role requires NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance, strong cloud and API experience, and a focus on on-site operations in The Hague, with 100% on-site time and 24/7 on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance.
• 3+ years post-related experience with higher vocational training (or 5+ years with secondary education).
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues in software, hardware, and integrations.
• Proficiency in debugging, log analysis and root-cause identification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of APIs and basic integration techniques.
• Ability to manage or contribute to support projects and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for software solutions implementation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and assist with product configurations.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and guide best practices.
• Work with development and product teams to escalate complex issues and improve the solution.
• Plan and drive system development projects and ensure resources are available.
• Ensure architectures and security standards are followed and documented.
• Support deployment activities and maintain on-site services as needed.
