Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience, or a secondary qualification with 5 years post-related experience.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware and integrations.
• Proficiency in debugging, log analysis and root-cause identification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of APIs and basic integration techniques.
• Ability to manage or contribute to support projects and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Customer-facing experience in technical support or help desk.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to clients and internal teams during implementation and maintenance of software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; assist with product configurations.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and guide best practices for performance, integrations and customization.
• Contribute to solution architectures and align with security standards.
• Support release and deployment activities with proper documentation and logging.
