Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance required.
• Higher vocational training in a relevant field with 3 years post-related experience, or secondary education with 5 years post-related experience.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving issues across software, hardware, and integrations; strong debugging and log analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, assist with product configurations, and ensure solutions function optimally.
