Job summary

Anker Innovations is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to back our Benelux business across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. The position is based in the Netherlands and requires full-time on-site work.

Key duties include providing technical support, analysing and resolving inquiries about energy storage, solar, and power supply solutions, and supporting installation, configuration, and troubleshooting with customers and partners.

Qualifications

Technical qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Mechatronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
Professional experience in technical support, customer service, or after-sales service.
Experience with energy storage systems, photovoltaic systems, inverters, batteries, or similar products is preferred.
C1-level Dutch proficiency; good English; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and partners across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Analyse and resolve technical enquiries related to energy storage, solar, and power supply solutions.
Support installation, commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting activities.
Handle technical support cases via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems.
Document technical issues, solutions, and recurring problems.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and service partners.
Escalate complex technical cases to the relevant internal teams.
Support product training and the preparation of technical documentation.
