Job summary

Felicitysolar in Rotterdam seeks a Technical Service Coordinator to provide on-site or online product troubleshooting and support in the Netherlands. You will handle inquiries, track complaints, and manage spare parts while assisting repair centers and exhibitions as needed.

Requirements include Dutch at least B1 level, fluency in English, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Training opportunities are offered as the renewable industry expands.

• Fluent English (reading and speaking); Dutch at B1 level or above is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or online product troubleshooting and support in the Netherlands, addressing customer inquiries and completing case records.
• Handle work-related phone calls, emails, and messages.
• Manage spare parts according to customer products and provide timely warnings about shortages; assist in establishing, operating, and managing repair centers in the Netherlands.
• Support exhibitions as needed by the company.
• Report abnormal product information promptly and collect necessary data for analysis.
• Assist in organizing and reporting after-sales statistics in the region.
• Perform other temporary tasks as assigned.

• Manage spare parts according to customer products and provide timely warnings about spare parts shortages, assist in establishing, operating, and managing repair centers in the Netherlands;
• Support exhibitions as needed by the company;
• Report abnormal product information promptly and collect necessary data for analysis;
• Assist in organizing and reporting after-sales statistics in the region;
• Perform other temporary tasks as assigned.
