Circus is seeking an Operations Associate to run daily site operations at our Eindhoven client site. You will ensure production, quality and hygiene standards are met, act as the on-site contact, and train client staff on daily routines and system use.

You will also manage restocking, routine closures, and first-line troubleshooting while collaborating with engineering, procurement, and customer success teams to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Interest in or prior exposure to operations, hospitality, retail, or technical maintenance environments.
• Strong sense of ownership and reliability.
• Confident communicator with good verbal and written skills.
• Structured, process-driven way of working; able to follow and improve procedures.
• Comfortable working hands-on with technology and equipment.
• Fluent English.
• Based in or able to commute reliably to Eindhoven.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day operations at our Eindhoven client site, keeping production, quality, and hygiene standards on point.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client on-site, building a trusted, professional relationship.
• Train and coach client staff on daily operations, handling, and routines so they can confidently run the system themselves.
• Manage restocking, consumables, and opening/closing routines to standard.
• Handle first-line troubleshooting on the CA-1 system, escalating technical issues to remote support when needed.
• Keep the site organized and audit-ready, following Circus's operating procedures.
• Log recurring issues or training gaps and feed them back to the team to improve the client experience and our processes.
