Job summary

Circus is seeking an Operations Associate to run day-to-day on-site at our Eindhoven client site, ensuring smooth operations, quality and hygiene standards. You will be the face of Circus on-site, train client staff, and coordinate with engineering, operations and remote support to keep the system performing as designed.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, hospitality, retail, or technical maintenance environments.
• Strong sense of ownership and reliability, able to run a site independently.
• Confident communicator with ability to train and coach others.
• Structured, process-driven approach; follows and improves procedures.
• Comfortable working hands-on with technology and equipment.
• Fluent English; based in or able to commute to Eindhoven.
• Dutch language proficiency; HACCP or food-safety awareness helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations at the Eindhoven client site, ensuring production, quality and hygiene standards.
• Act as the main on-site contact for the client and build a professional relationship.
• Train and coach client staff on daily operations and routines so they can operate the system
• Manage restocking, consumables and opening/closing routines to standard.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting on the CA-1 system and escalate to remote support when needed.
• Keep the site organized and audit-ready, following Circus's procedures.
• Log recurring issues or training gaps and feed back to improve deployments.
